Beef, speck and schnapps come from the hotel’s own production, and salads, herbs and vegetables from its own garden. In the season the restaurant is open from 11 am to 10 pm, on Wednesdays it is closed until 4 pm, and it also welcomes guests who are not staying at the hotel.
